The story behind Humzio
Humzio started from a simple frustration: most HR software is built for HR administrators, not for the employees who have to use it every day. Leave requests buried in email threads. Org charts that are always out of date. Performance reviews that feel like box-ticking exercises.
So we built something different — an API-first, multi-tenant HR platform that treats engineering rigour as a feature, not an afterthought. Strong data isolation, a complete audit trail, and real-time notifications are built into the core, not sold as add-ons.
Humzio is crafted and maintained by a solo developer who believes great software doesn't require a 50-person team — just clear principles and an obsession with the details.
